THE GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter

The promoter is G&S Productions Ltd, 28th & 29th Floors, 30 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BF, company number 16201870 ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Norfolk and Suffolk aged 18 or over at the date of entry.

Employees, contractors and cast or crew of the Promoter, Stargate Entertainment Ltd, Britannia Pier Theatre and the Imperial Hotel, and their immediate families, may not enter.

One entry per person. Multiple or automated entries will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, follow the Live on the Pier Facebook page and leave a comment on the pinned Golden Ticket Giveaway post.

The promotion opens at 09:00 on 14/08/2026 and closes at 23:59 on Thursday 26 November 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

4. The prize

The draw takes place at 00:00 on Friday 27 November 2026. One winner receives:

Four tickets to a specified performance of Beauty and the Beast at Britannia Pier Theatre between 8 and 31 December 2026.

A cream tea for four at the Imperial Hotel, Great Yarmouth, on a date to be arranged.

A meet and greet with Gareth Gates on the day of the performance.

The performance date is selected by the Promoter and is subject to availability. It is not transferable to another date.

The meet and greet is subject to Gareth Gates's availability on the day. Should it not be possible, the Promoter will offer a reasonable alternative of equivalent value.

There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or resaleable.

Under-18s attending must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, who must be the winner or a person nominated by the winner.

Travel to and from the theatre and the Imperial Hotel is not included.

5. Selection and notification of the winner

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries. The draw is conducted and independently verified by two directors of the Promoter.

The winner is announced on the Live on the Pier Facebook page at 00:00 on Friday 27 November 2026 and contacted by direct message.

The winner must respond within seven days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.

The surname and county of the winner will be available on request by writing to the Promoter for one month after the closing date.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Data protection

Personal data collected through this promotion is used solely to administer the competition and award the prize, and is held in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Entrants are not added to any marketing list as a result of entering. Marketing communications are sent only to those who separately opt in.

The winner may be asked, but is not required, to take part in publicity. Consent is sought separately and refusal does not affect the prize.

7. General

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Meta from any liability in connection with the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, and will publish notice of any such change on the Live on the Pier page.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
